My Review
Are you ready to feel something big? Deeper tells the story and fills in all the gaps of Jessie and Kris from the Bad Blooded Rebel series. This book hits all the highs and lows, and everything in between that you did not know you were looking for.
Jessie and the “boys” all grew up together but she and Kris always shared a special bond. Good friends from the start they both shared something no child should have to bear, the abuse from a parent. Kris and Jessie had always been each other’s safe haven, but when their relationship evolved it was sweet and so special.
When a tragedy struck, it hurt them both. Now it’s not a spoiler that they get back together, but their time apart was difficult on them both.
I loved this book, it pulls you along with their every emotion. I cried, I smiled, I laughed, and for good measure cried again for their happiness.
This is definitely a great book. I love the whole series, but Mellie George hit it out of the park with this book!
